Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact LamNova Consulting, for what purpose, on which legal basis, and which rights you have. It follows the information requirements of Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Summary

• The website has no user accounts, no contact forms, and no newsletter.
• LamNova does not set cookies and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Visitor statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies.
• YouTube and the Calendly booking calendar load only after you click. WhatsApp and Calendly links open the respective service only when you click them.
• Fonts and images are served from this website, not from third-party servers.

3. Hosting and delivery

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare’s network). When you open a page, your browser automatically transmits technical data that is processed to deliver the page and protect the website against attacks and misuse: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system (user agent), and the amount of data transferred.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. LamNova has a legitimate interest in delivering the website securely and reliably. Cloudflare processes this data as a processor on LamNova’s behalf under its data processing addendum. Cloudflare keeps such logs only for a limited time for security and operational purposes. Until October 2026 the website was hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, USA, on the same basis.

4. Cookie-free visitor statistics

LamNova uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited and how fast they load. A small script sends the following data to Cloudflare: page URL, referrer, browser and device type, country derived from the IP address, and page load performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not create visitor profiles or identify individual visitors. LamNova sees only aggregated statistics.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. LamNova has a legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website with a privacy-friendly method. You can object at any time by writing to the email address above; you can also block the script static.cloudflareinsights.com with a content blocker.

5. Contact by email

If you write an email, LamNova processes your email address, your name if given, the content of your message, and any attachments to answer your request and handle the resulting business communication.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in answering inquiries.

Email is provided by Titan Solution Ltd SEZC, Cayman Islands (Titan Mail), as a processor. Titan and its sub-processors may process data outside the EU. Titan commits contractually to appropriate safeguards for such transfers in its data processing addendum.

6. Contact via WhatsApp

The WhatsApp links on this website are plain links. No data is sent to WhatsApp until you click one. If you contact LamNova via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland, processes your phone number, your messages, and related metadata under its own privacy policy, and may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. LamNova uses the content of your messages only to answer your request.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, as for email. Using WhatsApp is optional; you can always use email instead. More information: WhatsApp Privacy Policy (EEA).

7. Booking a call with Calendly

Calls are booked through Calendly, provided by Calendly, LLC, USA. The booking buttons on this website are links that open Calendly in a new tab. On the contact page, the booking calendar is embedded, but it loads only after you click “Show booking calendar”; before that, no data is sent to Calendly.

When you book, Calendly processes the data you enter (name, email address, chosen time, and your answers to any booking questions) as well as technical data, and may set cookies. LamNova uses this data to prepare and hold the call.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, since the booking is a pre-contractual step at your request. Loading the embedded calendar, including any cookies Calendly sets, is based on your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Calendly is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 8. Introduction video (YouTube)

The homepage shows a preview image of an introduction video. The preview image is served from this website. The video itself is hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. It is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com) only after you click play. Before that, no data is sent to YouTube or Google.

Once you click play, your IP address and technical data are transmitted to Google, and YouTube may store cookies or similar information on your device. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA.

Legal basis: your consent by clicking play, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for storing information on your device, the applicable ePrivacy rules (for example § 25(1) TDDDG in Germany). You can withdraw it at any time by not playing the video again and deleting YouTube cookies in your browser. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

9. Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers above are located in the USA or process data there. Cloudflare, Inc., Calendly, LLC, Google LLC, and Meta Platforms, Inc. are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Where a provider is not covered by an adequacy decision, transfers rely on contractual safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). LamNova Consulting LLC itself is based in the USA.

10. How long data is kept

Personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for. Inquiries are deleted when the matter is closed, unless they lead to a business relationship. Business correspondence and documents relevant for taxes and accounting are kept for as long as statutory retention periods require, Analytics data is kept only in aggregated form.

11. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data LamNova holds about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16),
• have data erased (Art. 17) or its processing restricted (Art. 18),
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21),
• withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)),
• lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work (Art. 77).

12. Other information

You are not obliged to provide personal data. Without it, LamNova cannot answer your request. There is no automated decision-making or profiling. LamNova may update this policy when the website or the services used change; the current version is always published on this page.
