Know what is missing before your deadline does.

The Readiness Check looks at your products, your supplier records, and what EUDR due diligence needs, and tells you clearly what is missing. It works for manufacturers in Vietnam preparing for an EU customer and for EU importers checking their supplier base.

Fixed fee, confirmed in writing after a 30-min call and a look at sample records. The fee is credited if you continue with the Evidence Package.

What we review

Product scope

Which products and CN codes are in EUDR scope, and which application date applies to you or your customer.

Supplier records

What your suppliers can already provide: plantation locations, harvest and land documents, delivery records.

Geolocation

Whether plot coordinates or polygons exist, and whether they are usable as GeoJSON for a due diligence statement.

Traceability

Whether the wood can be linked from plantation to delivery to the finished product, including any mixing of sources.

What you get

A clear picture and a decision you can make.

Gap list

Every missing piece of evidence, with the person responsible for it and how hard it is to get.

Action plan

The steps in order, with a realistic timeline against your own or your customer’s deadline.

Fixed quote

If you want help with the next step, a written fixed fee for the Evidence Package.

What we need from you

A short list of the products concerned, a few sample supplier records, and if available, your EU customer’s data request. About two hours of your time across the week.

What it is not

Not legal advice and not a certification. The check shows the operational gaps. Legal questions go to qualified counsel.

Next step

Start with a 30-min call.

We clarify your products, suppliers, and deadline. If the Readiness Check is the right step, you get a written fixed fee the same week.
